Hillary Votes Against the Troops and for Moveon.org

When given the choice to support the troops and General David Petraeus, future Madame President Hillary Clinton voted instead to support Moveon.org.

There can now be no doubt that this woman who wants to be the Commander in Chief of our military takes her marching orders from Moveon.org. This is a vote she won't be able to hide from, and I hope the American people take note of it.

The threat of tax exempt status in the Gay Marriage issue

It's happening, slowly but surely...and picking up steam. Religious organizations that do not permit gay civil unions on their property are being stripped of their tax exempt status.

Read this column about what happened to the Methodists in New Jersey. A bureaucrat stripped away the tax exempt status of a pavilion at a camp the Methodists run because gays aren't allowed to use it for their civil union ceremonies. The bigots!

Why should we care if Bob and Joe get married? How does it affect us?

The goal of gay marriage activists from day one has been to treat sexual orientation in law and society in exactly the same way we treat race. What does this mean in practice? It means that people like you and me who think marriage is the union of husband and wife will be treated like bigots who oppose interracial marriages. Ideas have consequences. Pay attention to what people say. Usually they mean it.

Sure, that's over in New Jersey...but it will surely come to Kansas too, and will spread throughout the nation. And it didn't take acts of congress or rulings by men in black, just a tax wielding bureaucrat who has the authority to squeeze a Christian organization into submission.
